ANNOUNCEMENT

Notified to all of the candidate graduates period I, October of 2017/2018 Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta that for the pupose of Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (the certificate of companion diploma), the candidate graduates expected to fill professional certificate and achievement list which owned and Co-Curricular / Ekstra-Curricular which have to followed.

The admission filling must to attach the evidence file which upload as a pdf file / jpg file with maximum size 2MB/file. Your admission filling would be validated by Head of program / secretary program. Just the valid file would be appear at the list of SKPI.

How to filling the form:

Open the link : krs.umy.ac.id –> login with Student Number + Password –> Click Graduation Registration –> it will be appear the page of SKPI Form.

Note :

• Validation of the file will be done by Head of Program / Secretary Program toward your file which have to upload by the student;
• Make sure that your uploaded file could be accounted for the truth.
